CIEL: The Road to Cancun: Roundtable and Reception

Dear Colleagues,

We invite you to join us on 27 September 2002 at 5 pm for a Roundtable entitled "The Road to Cancun", followed by a small reception to inaugurate our new, shared office and welcome the Centre for International Environmental Law's new Managing Attorney. Interpretation from English to French will be provided.

Since August 2002, the Center for International Environmental Law (CIEL), Friends of the Earth International (FoEI), the Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy (IATP) and OXFAM International are sharing the same premises in Geneva. We are now located in the Maison des Associations Socio-Politiques in Plainpalais, some of us are experiencing internal changes: CIEL is welcoming a new Managing Attorney. Mr. Stephen J. Porter is taking this post, and will replace Matthew Stilwell, who will return to being a senior attorney at CIEL.

We would like to take this opportunity to celebrate these events with you.

This will form part of the Premier Forum de la Maison des Associations, a two-day event to celebrate the first anniversary of the Maison des Associations taking place on the 27 and 28 September 2002.
