DUBAI, UAE, November 22, 2023 — Center for International Environmental Law (CIEL) experts will be available for comment during the 28th Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, COP28, from November 30 – December 12 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
