This report describe practical measures that may be taken within the international climate change and human rights legal regimes for addressing the human rights implications of climate change, that is, for integrating human rights and climate change law and policy. These measures can facilitate, encourage, and supplement the national actions that are necessary to protect and respect human rights within the context of climate change.
